Aside from lowing possible angle of the location map of the place you are going to visit, i would like to suggest you gather information about the place too. This is to know, in general, the safety of the place. Well, Japan as described in the previous post, though it is a good place to be visited, you still need to know some current news about the place.
Let say for example you are going to Tokyo, there’s that particular news related to place. For the news mentioned, there is always that place included in the article/news to where the incident occurred. With Map of Tokyo on hand, you can browse the map to see exactly the place to where that particular incident occurred.
The process could be done to other places too and not only to Tokyo, Japan. Everyone seeks for a safe travel and enjoy possible tourist escapades to be done in such a place. Location maps work well in cases like this. Today, you can have a map and specific maps of places you are going to visit. Print a copy of the most specific location on places you are going to visit not only to ensure safety, but to have a good and enjoyable trip.

Japan is not as huge as other tourist spot countries, but it is huge enough for a traveler to roam around tourist spots and tourist escapades being offered by this country. Tokyo in particular is one great place in Japan where every traveler should go. There first class hotels here with you could make a rest for the night before going to some other tourist places.
But of course, before doing so, you would like to have a Japan tourist map at hand. The whole map of Japan will do, but is better if you have the current map of Tokyo so that you could be able to monitor where are at present. Well, GPS will be good to, but there are bits of discrepancies too. A solid map of Tokyo will be good.
The use of the map is not actually to find out where is your location and the places you wanted to visit. The map will serve also for you the look for places in case of emergencies. Like for example the nearest Police station, or the nearest restaurants or shopping malls for your escapades.
